Cause: This error typically indicates that the WSO components need to be registered.

Solution: Run the wsComponentinstaller.exe (located at C:\Program Files (x86)\FCS\WSO\Programs\wsComponentinstaller.exe) as a local admin, which will register the WSO components.

If running the component installer does not resolve the issue, the error may indicate a missing or invalid Windows file. Check SysWOW64 (or System32) for "COMDLG32.OCX" and confirm that it is present and registered.
