Issue: The following error message is received when a user attempts to import a file using the Import/Export tool in WSO Reporting.

Error Message: "Scheduled Task items were found in the database. Import cannot proceed until all scheduled task items are removed. Please use WSO Reporting to remove all Scheduled Task items."

Solution: In order to run the Import/Export Utility successfully, all existing Scheduled Task items must be deleted from WSO Reporting.
