Issue: The following error message is received when a user attempts to run a job in the Task Scheduler of Windows Server 2008 with Service Pack 2 installed.

Error Message: "The directory name is invalid. (0x8007010B)."

Solution: Ensure that the Start in (optional) field does not have quotations surrounding the path. If there are quotations, remove them and click OK.

The Start in (optional) line is C:\Program Files (x86)\Markit\WSO Reporting. The Start in path does not use quotations. The paths both assume a standard installation path.
